    Guillotining

    Precision cutting of paper and board, we have two machines, with a maximum cutting size of 1320mm.

    Folding

    Simple of complex folding impositions carried out on our four machines from a size of B1 to miniature.

  3.  

    Shrinkwrapping

    Wrapping of products in Polyefolin film suitable for presentation or distribution.

  4.  

    Perforated Tab Sealing

    Sealing of mailers – suitable for posting, either crystal or perforated.

  5.  

    Perfect Binding

    Production of soft-covered books, similar to a paperback, with the cover usually on a heavier weight than the text.

    Ram Punching

    The process of externally shaping products using a knife similar to a pastry cutter.

  7.  

    Drilling

    Making 'holes' in books or sheets so they can be inserted into binders, up to 6 holes to go into Filofax.

  8.  

    Wire Binding

    Pages of books are punched with holes and wired using a pre-formed wire mechanism, such as calendars.
